Shipping & Refund Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Shipping times vary by destination and typically take 2-14 business days.

1.2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once their order has been dispatched. Parcels can be tracked using the same FedEx Tracking Link provided in the email.

1.3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1. Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it, provided the parcel has not yet been labeled for shipping. Once the parcel is labeled or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

2.2. Orders in Transit

No orders can be canceled while in transit.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds can be requested only after the parcel has been delivered and the customer has identified a significant issue, such as:

  • Goods are faulty or defective
  • Items received are substantially different from the order placed

3.2. Refund Process

Initiating a Refund:

Contact our customer support team via email at hello@leancaps.com to initiate a refund request. Include the following details in your email:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue (e.g., defective or incorrect item)
  • Photos or videos of the goods showing the problem (if applicable)
  • Attach any supporting documentation, such as the purchase receipt.

Response from Customer Support:

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 72 hours to provide further instructions.

Retrieving the Return Address:

Customers must contact our customer support to receive the appropriate return address for shipping the goods back to our designated warehouse.

Preparing the Return Shipment:

Once your refund request is approved, package the goods securely in their original condition and packaging to avoid damage during transit. Clearly label the return shipment with the return authorization number (if provided by customer support).

Shipping to Our Warehouse:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Addresses:

  • USA Warehouse: Provided upon request
  • Netherlands Warehouse: Provided upon request

Inspection of Returned Goods:

Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-5 business days.

Processing the Refund:

After inspection, if the goods meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued within 4-14 business days to the original payment method.

3.3. Conditions for Refund

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any damage to the product caused by the customer may result in a reduced refund amount or denial of the refund request. Free returns are not available. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
