1.3. All items purchased will be shipped from our fulfillment center in the USA. Please note that the return address differs from our office address. For returns, follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

1.4. Minimal requirements to use the Website and make purchases include:

  • Being of legal age according to local laws; and
  • Using the Website for personal purposes only, not for resale or other business uses.

2. WHAT WE SELL

2.1. The Website offers health and wellness supplements manufactured in FDA-approved facilities located in the USA. These products are intended to support a balanced lifestyle and are designed for personal use only.

2.2. Our Goods are not intended for industrial, commercial, or professional use, nor are they designed for use by minors.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND CHARGES

3.1. Prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Import duties, VAT, or other charges may apply based on your location.

3.2. Prices are subject to change. Discounts or promotions may be applied at our discretion.

3.3. VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the product price only when applicable. The applicable VAT rate depends on the country where the product is shipped. Specifically:

  • If the product is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), VAT will be included in the purchase price at the applicable rate.
  • If the product is shipped outside the EU, VAT will not be included. However, your shipment may be subject to import fees or duties at the customs of your destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the buyer.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days for items shipped from the USA.

4.4. Shipping timelines may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, carrier delays, or strikes. We are not responsible for such delays.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged or contaminated items;
  • Defective products; or
  • Items that are substantially different from the order placed.

5.4. Products must be returned to the address provided by customer support. Returns sent to our office address will not be accepted.
